The ancient Phoenicians – who in fact, built their entire armada of trading and exploration ships for the express purpose of discovering new spider species in far-flung lands – revered them as love gods: to be bitten by a spider (though spiders themselves prefer the term “smooched”) on your wedding night heralded a long and blissful marital union.

But spiders are also tricksters, in the image of their own god Anansi. They love love, but they also love the game of love, of the dances and rumours and coquettry in the lead-up to a full-blown relationship.

In Spider Kiss, it’s your turn to enter the tangled web of spider-lovin’, in search of a spider soulmate to go on a date with. You’ll talk, flirt, race, and rebuff.
